Swift Reach – Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients have the right to cancel services provided by Swift Reach at any time. To initiate a cancellation, clients must submit a written notice to support@swiftrea.ch indicating their intent to cancel the services.
Swift Reach will process the cancellation within 7 business days upon receipt of the written notice. Clients are responsible for any outstanding fees accrued up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available based on the type of service and the terms outlined in the service agreement. Please refer to your specific service agreement for detailed information on eligibility for refunds.
In the event of a valid cancellation, Swift Reach will refund any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
Note that certain services may have non-refundable deposits or fees associated with third-party tools or platforms that are beyond the control of Swift Reach.
Refund Processing Time:
Eligible refunds, once approved, will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
